Shipping policy

Last Updated: March 12, 2026

This Shipping Policy applies to purchases made from Imaginary BikeWorks LLC (“Imaginary BikeWorks,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). By placing an order with us, you agree to the terms outlined below.

Shipping Locations

We currently ship to physical addresses within the United States and Canada only.
We do not ship to P.O. Boxes.

Processing Times

Most in-stock items ship within 1–2 business days.

Orders containing items not physically stocked in our store may require additional processing time while inventory is sourced from suppliers.

If an order contains multiple items, they may ship separately depending on availability.

Shipping Upgrades

Customers who join our mailing list may occasionally receive complimentary shipping upgrades, when available.

Delivery Timeframes

Shipping transit times are estimates provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed. Delays caused by carriers, weather, customs, or other external factors are outside of our control.

Shipping Insurance

Full-value shipping insurance is available upon request for bicycles and other high-value items for an additional fee.

If insurance is declined, Imaginary BikeWorks is not responsible for carrier loss or damage once the shipment has been accepted by the carrier.

Shipping Damage

If your order arrives damaged:

  • Take photos of the packaging and damaged item immediately
  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
  • Retain all packaging materials for inspection

Failure to report shipping damage within this timeframe may limit our ability to file claims with the carrier.

Order Changes & Cancellations (Shipping-Related)

Orders may be cancelled only if they have not yet shipped or had parts ordered specifically for the order.

Once an order has entered fulfillment or parts have been ordered from suppliers, cancellation may not be possible or may be subject to restocking fees.

Custom bicycle builds cannot be cancelled once parts have been finalized and ordered.

Policy Updates

We may update this policy periodically to reflect operational, legal, or regulatory changes. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised “Last Updated” date.
