5. Custom Bicycle Builds

Imaginary BikeWorks offers custom-built bicycles assembled specifically for individual customers using components selected during the build process.

Because these builds require ordering specialized parts and dedicating labor specifically for the customer:

Custom bicycle builds are final sale once parts have been finalized and payment has been submitted.

Custom builds cannot be cancelled, returned, or refunded once the order has been confirmed.

6. Product Availability and Descriptions

We attempt to ensure product descriptions, images, and pricing are accurate. However:

product specifications may change without notice
manufacturers may revise designs or components
colors may appear differently depending on display devices

We reserve the right to correct errors or inaccuracies at any time, including after an order has been placed.
